All leather lining, hand cut from either dark brown cowhide or pigskin leather. Standard checkbook pockets, one for checkbook and one for register. Also includes two card pockets, and a pen holder. All leather back lining goes all the way to edges to prevent curling up. Vinyl checkbook carbon flap is included with checkbooks
