Metal Covered Wagon Bookends

I'm not sure of the type of metal these are made of, but they have a nice antique copper color, and they are heavy. Complete set of two of a covered wagon pulled by a team of draft horses. No felt on the bottoms. They are about 3 1/2" tall, 6 inches long and 1 3/8" deep. No manufacturers labeling. Both pieces in very good condition. Vintage pair.

Hand Cast Metal Horse Head Bookends

This is an older set of PM Philadelphia Mfg. Co. hand cast metal ware. Probably from the 1960's. They are of a silver color (possibly a silver plate as there is some tarnish) plated white metal. The horses head wearing a halter. Very nice design work that is well proportioned.

They are about 6 7/8" tall. 7 1/2" long and about 3 7/8" deep. They show some wear and minor dents around the base area, some light tarnish, but not bad. The felt bottom and manufacturer stickers are in good condition. Cast wording on the book side of each read "PMC 89B". They are very heavy and will hold books..

Two Old Metal Horse Buggy Steps

Two old buggy steps. Both look like they may have been sandblasted and then painted more recently with flat black paint. The shorter side step is in very good condition, showing very little wear and no rust pitting. It has the number "1759B" and a circled "E" molded in the bottom and measures about 7 1/4" long and 4 1/4" wide. The long step has deep rust pits, but still usable, about 7 1/4" high, 3 3/4" wide and 10 1/2" deep.
