Save Me Products, Inc. normally uses insured USPS Priority Mail with tracking, to ship your order as promptly as possible. We generally ship next business day, from receipt of approved payment. We reserve the right to occasionally ship some larger packages by UPS, Fed Ex, or other reliable shipping services.
Save Me Products, Inc. accepts orders from U.S.A. and Canada. Customers who place an order to be shipped to Canada are responsible for any taxes or fees that are applied by Canadian Customs on Merchandise. Canadians, Please do not ask us to mark your order as a gift or sample, we will not do that. Merchandise will be marked as merchandise.
Returns and Shipping Insurance:
All qualifying returns require an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). Please Contact Us for an RMA number.
Save Me Ears - 10 Day Return Policy: Sale is considered final after 10 days from delivery date. We make every effort we can, to send out a quality product. When you receive Save Me Ears, and should you feel the quality of material is not satisfactory or to your liking, please contact us for RMA number to return for refund within 10 days from it's delivery date to you, on any UNUSED Save Me Ears, less postage and handling. Sorry, absolutely No returns accepted on "Save Me Ears" that have been used on livestock, we cannot risk exposure to other cattle herds to contaminants or diseases that your herd may have. In the unlikely event that Save Me Ears material is found defective, returns accepted for exchange if cleaned, within 10 days from delivery date. In some cases we may issue a refund, during this time period, like if the product is "Out of Stock". In the past people have ordered this item during cold weather, "just in case" they might need it during calving, and a month or two later when it warms up, then they want to return their unused order for refund. This is a seasonal product! For that reason no returns accepted after 10 days from delivery date. Shipping/insure cost of returned items are at the expense of the buyer. Please write the RMA number given to you on the package near the shipping label.
No Returns Accepted on Supplements/Food Related Items - (Example: Organic Flax Hull Ligans) -Sorry, we can not accept returns on Supplements/Food related items. For the safety of our clients, we will only ship out items that came from us via direct from the manufacturer. Please do not order more then what you need of these items, because we can not accept returns for safety reasons. If you opened a container with in ten days of delivery and found it defective, please contact us first for an RMA, and when we receive it back, we will return the product to the manufacturer for inspection/replacement.
Sales On One Of A Kind Items, Vintage, & Collectables - "Sold As Is", sale is generally considered final. If you feel we represented an item incorrectly, please contact us with-in 10 days of delivery. In some cases we may issue an RMA.
DVD's and VHS Tapes - Returns are not accepted on open packages. However, if you find the item blank or does not play properly, contact us for RMA for return for replacement within 10 days of delivery. VHS tapes will not be refunded or replaced if the tape is found crimpled by a defective VCR player.
New Items and Books not listed above - Please contact us within ten days of delivery for RMA, if found defective. We will replace the defective item or in some cases, if the item is no longer available, we may issue a refund.
No Returns On USPS shipping/insurance/handling - Sorry, when you order an item, we hire these services so the item can be delivered to you. Once the item arrives safely, these services were completed, and are not allegeable for refund.
Shipping Insurance - We carefully inspect items for breakage/damage before packaging for shipping, and will refund your purchase before packaging it, if we find an item had become damaged while sitting in our storage. However, if an item arrives broken/damaged, please return the item with the packaging to your local mail carrier, we ship out all our items with mail carrier insurance. As example, if your package arrived from USPS (our primary sender), your local USPS Postmaster should be able to assist you with your insurance claim. If your Postmaster requires additional information from us as the shipper, please let us know how we can assist you to meet the insurance requirements that the mail carrier wishes to have.
